Klear Kut: Synthetic Machining and Grinding Coolant
Klear Kut is an oil-free synthetic machining and grinding coolant for ferrous metals and provides good performance with copper alloys. To eliminate the possibility of staining, copper alloys should be cleaned after machining. Klear Kut is ideally suited for general purpose machining and grinding where one coolant is desired for both operations. Klear Kut provides excellent coolant cleanliness and tramp oil separation.
Dilutions:
Tapping & Drilling 5:1 up to 10:1
Machining 8:1 up to 15:1
Grinding 12:1 up to 20:1
