Question: “We have a lot of carbon dust on our floor from grinding and blending pigments. We need a coating that will resist the effects of the dust in our lab. Do any of your products withstand carbon dust?” — Dick, Varo Engineers

Answer: “Any epoxy that is 100% solids will withstand carbon dust, once fully cured. The best product to use would be our Z-Poxy. It is a 100% solids, pre-measured epoxy floor coating. It can be used on concrete, steel, or wood, and it is highly chemical-resistant. It has no odor and will not break down at temperatures below 500°F. When using our Z-Poxy make sure to check out our how-to video for instructions.” — Mr. Chemist
