Tri-Cover II: Rubber Roof Coating

Tri-Cover II is a rubber roof coating used to seal leaks and renew the integrity of roofs. It is a combination of asphalt, cellulose, and oils, blended by a special process creating a tough, elastic-like coating.

Tri-Cover II does not dry out, but rather callouses over. It becomes thicker and tougher as years go by creating a strong surface unaffected by hot sun rays and frost and cold. Tri-Cover II increases air conditioning efficiency and reduces heat loss.
