Grey Elastomeric Primer: Acrylic Roof Coating

Grey Elastomeric Primer is a special blend of acrylic elastomeric resin, titanium dioxide, and fiber fillers. It is a heavy-bodied, white acrylic roof coating that dries to an extremely tough but flexible waterproofing membrane layer.

This general-purpose coating not only insulates and protects, but forms a rubber-like seal that moves and stretches with the normal expansion and contraction of the roof. It lowers roof temperature, reduces heat loss, and increases air conditioning efficiency.
