Protect 'N Seal WBU is a penetrating water base urethane sealer and conditioner that protects terrazzo or concrete against dusting, wear, stain, grease and extraneous moisture. Protect 'N Seal WBU resists acids, alkalis, oul, grease, fruit juices, alcohol, ink and soap. Dries to a non-yellowing satin finish and needs no buffing. Coverate is apporximately 500 sq. ft. per gallon. Cures in 2 hours.
