Protect 'N Seal UMS is a clear, slip resistant conditioning sealer which penetrates to actually become part of the concrete, leaving a glossy, clear film on the surface of concrete and terrazzo. Protect 'N Seal UMS protects against wear, stains, grease and extraneous moisture, and resists acids, alkalis, oil, grease, fruit juices, alcohol, ink and soap. 2 coats recommended. Covers approximately 350 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface condition. Cures in 6 hours.
