Tri-Chem Colbalt Cutters are made from a fully ground special cobalt steel allow, providing longer operational life and better finish than standard M2 HSS Cutters.
Manufactured in our own workshops on state-of the art, automatic feed CNC machines for consistent quality and accuracy, the unique geometry of the cutters also helps to achieve faster feed, lower cutting resistance, greated accuracy, and better finish. Typically, a 1" diameter hole in 1" thick mild steel plate can be cut in 16 seconds!
All standard range cutters have a 3/4 diameter shank with 2 flats at 90°.
