White Elastomeric Roof Coating is a thick, rubber-like coating that expands and contracts with the roof. The superior reflectivity lowers interior temperatures resulting in energy savings. Resists cracking and peeling from severe heat and cold and is VOS complient with the Volatile Organic Compounds limits. White Elastomeric Roof Coating has excellent adhesion on metal, aged galvanized and pre-painted metal, urethane and polystyrene, polyester plastic panels, flat and barrel tiles and some single-ply roofing materials.
