Tri-Cover White Latex Roof Coating is based on a newly developed synthetic latex system of two separate rubberlike polymers. Tri-Cover White Latex Roof Coating has increased flexibility, improved adhesion and maintenance of a brilliant color, and improved hiding power. The brilliant white color contributes to significantly reducing inside temperatures by reflecting the sun's rays. Special formulating techniques result in a non-separating freeze-thaw stable product. The unusually high solids content of Tri-Cover White Latex Roof Coating results in a minimum of shrinkage and maximum retention of applied coating to the surface after drying.
