Use to coat new roofs and renew the integrity of older roofs. Where a highly reflective roof coating is desired, Tri-Cover II Aluminum Coat is formulated to provide a tough, elastic coating for asphalt and modified bitumen roofs. Tri-Cover II Aluminum Coat does not dry out, but rather calluses over, becoming thicker and tougher as the years go on, making a strong surface that is not affected by heat or cold. Covers 50 square feet per gallon on built-up roofs.
