Use Tri-Cover II to coat new roofs and renew the integrity of older roofs. Tri-Chem II Fiber Coat is formulated to provide a tough, elastic coating for asphalt and modified bitumen roofs. Does not dry out, but rather calluses over; this callous becomes thicker and tougher as years go on, making a strong surface that is not affected by heat or by cold.
