Flash Fix is a heavy bodied plastic cement of trowel consistency that dries to an extremely tough but flexible waterproofing membrane layer for use on built up, modified bitumen, metal, rubber and shingle roof systems; an ideal sealant for gutters, down spouts, and fasteners, for patching cracks and breaks in the roof surface, skylights, chimneys, etc. Use in either dry or inclement weather. Available in cartridges or bulk.
