Circuit Solve is a specially formulated safety solvent designed for cleaning highly critical electric and electronic instruments and equipment which leaves no film or residue, will not inure or damage plastics, is non-conductive, has a dielectric point of 32,000 and has a 20 second drying time. Circuit Solve does not contain carbon tetrachloride.
