With a compression strength of 31,000 psi, Perma-Fil absorbs vibration and shock from heavy traffic without cracking. Perma-Fil bonds to concrete, steel and wood, and is highly resistant to acids, alkalies, solvents, heat and cold. Cures in 12-14 hours.
