Tri-Oil Stop is a two component epoxy amine undercoating for use in areas where oil and/or grease has become embedded in concrete to the extent that aggressive surface cleaning is insufficient to remove it. If untreated oil/grease will migrate back to the surface and cause de-lamination of coatings, sealers or patching materials. Tri-Oil Stop penetrates, ties up and locks in petroleum based oils and greases, leaving a clean surface and preventing de-lamination.
